        HYG-181 cable identification instrument is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve the technical problems of cable identification. Users can accurately identify one of the target cables from multiple cables by means of instruments, so as to avoid serious accidents caused by wrong sawing of band cables. Cable identification begins with the operation of both ends of the cable. It is necessary to ensure that the double numbers of both ends of the cable are correct. The instrument is designed with PSK technology. No matter how reliable the memory of the field staff is, it can not replace the identification of professional instruments. This product is only applicable to the field identification of the outage cable. It is strictly forbidden to connect the cable identification device to the running power cable. The instrument consists of transmitter, receiver, flexible current clamp, etc.



        The transmitter uses the principle of pulse current to inject the pulse coded current signal into the cable core. The current generates electromagnetic field around the target cable for detection, decoding and identification by the receiver and flexible current clamp. Because the current has direction, the detection also has direction. The transmitter adopts integrated special toolbox design, uses polypropylene plastic as raw material, and adds a new type of composite filler for one-time injection molding. Its density is small, strength, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation performance are better. Its box can withstand about 200 kg of pressure. The host LCD shows the residual battery power in real time, and the dynamic indication of white backlight and emission signal. Stick out a mile.



        The receiver is a handheld device, a 3.5 inch color LCD screen, and a high-speed microprocessor is built in to recognize and decode the pulse coded current signal of the transmitter. The electronic dial indicates the intensity of the signal, which is exquisite and intuitive. The dynamic display of the color grating is clear at a glance and can quickly and automatically identify the target cable. At the same time, it has the function of AC voltage detection, ranging from AC 0.01V to 600 V (50Hz/60Hz).



        Flexible current clamp is Rockwell coil, which has excellent transient tracking ability. It can quickly identify the pulse coded current generated by the transmitter. It is suitable for thick cables or irregular conductors. Its caliber is about 200 mm. It can clamp cables below 200 mm. It does not need to disconnect the measured line. It is non-contact measurement, safe and fast.



        Special Note: This cable identification instrument is limited to the target cable for power outage. Please confirm that the target cable belongs to this range before use, that is, no live identification. It is necessary to use both the transmitter and the handheld receiver of the instrument when identifying.
