It is easy to measure the phase of U-U, I-I and U-I in the field, to distinguish the phase sequence of inductive, capacitive circuit and three-phase voltage, to detect the connection group of transformer, to test the secondary circuit and bus differential protection system, to read out the phase relationship between different groups of CT of differential protection, and to check whether the connection of watt-hour meter is correct or not. The clamp current transformer is used to input the measured current, so the measured circuit does not need to be disconnected. When measuring the phase between U1 and U2, the two input loops are completely insulated, thus avoiding the possible short circuit of the line under test caused by wrong wiring and burning the measuring instruments. The display uses a high contrast liquid crystal display with a word of up to 25mm and a screen angle of about 70 degrees, so as to obtain the best visual effect.

The instrument shell is made of Engineering insulating material and is equipped with rubber anti-vibration protective sleeve, which is safe and reliable.
