Description of each part:
1. Switching power supply: The relay controlled by the controller releases and absorbs, producing 250V/500V/1000V DC high voltage.
2. Controller: According to the signals from resistance detector, "TEST", "RESET" and timer, it controls whether the relay is connected and whether the alarm circuit is alarmed.
3. Resistance Detector: By voltage and current flowing through the measured part, it is converted into resistance value, which is compared with setting resistance value, and then the detection signal is output to the controller.
4. Timer: Press the "TEST" button to output voltage, the timer starts to timing, after the timing time arrives, the high voltage is disconnected through the control circuit, so as to achieve the purpose of timing test.
5. Alarm: In the process of testing, when the resistance value is lower than the set resistance preset value, the controller sends out instructions, so as to promote the buzzer and unqualified judgment "red light" to light up, send out sound and light alarm, and cut off the high voltage at the same time.
