This generator is suitable for full-wave test of standard lightning impulse voltage of small capacity power transformer, transformer, reactor, lightning arrester, switch, bushing, insulator and other test products of 10KV and below.
The generator is used in indoor environment. The ambient temperature is - 10 ~40 C, the relative humidity is not more than 90%, and the altitude is not more than 1000 meters. The insulator surface should be wiped. After wiping, the generator can be used normally.

1. Charging section

High Voltage Rectifier Silicon Reactor Using 2DL-150kV/100mA
The protective resistance of high voltage rectifier silicon stack is wrapped on insulating cylinder by enameled resistance wire.
Constant Current and Double Voltage Charging Method
The charging device can be adjusted within the rated charging voltage range of 30%-100%. The deviation between the actual charging voltage and the measured voltage is not more than (+) 1%, and the instability of the charging voltage is not more than (+) 1%.
DC resistor divider adopts 100 kV, 100 MW oil-immersed metal film resistor. The resistance of the low-voltage arm is installed in the bottom flange of the divider, and the voltage signal on the low-voltage arm is introduced into the console by a shielded cable.
The automatic grounding switch adopts the electromagnet dividing and closing grounding mechanism. When the test stops, the main capacitor can be grounded automatically through the protective resistance.
2. Ontological Part
The main body adopts voltage doubling charging mode with rated voltage of 100 kV.
The main body includes an oil-immersed pulse capacitor with MWF2uF/50KV*2 iron shell, charging resistance, wavefront resistance, wavefront resistance and ignition gap, etc.
Bilateral heteropolarity triggering mode is used in the spherical gap.
Ball gap distance is adjusted by linear motion driven by motor.
The body of 200 kV impulse voltage generator is about 1 meter high. The whole body part has a movable wheel frame, which is convenient for people to move at will.
3. Voltage divider
200 kV weak damping capacitor voltage divider, rated parameter 100kV/300PF. The voltage divider is equipped with a low-voltage arm capacitor with a capacitance of 0.3 uf. The square-wave response characteristics of the weak-damped capacitor divider meet the requirements of GB311-97 standard with a voltage dividing ratio of 1000:1 and a height of about 1.2 m for 200 KV divider, which is mounted on the chassis of the impulse voltage generator.
