HYG-C Verification Device for Extreme Speed Transformers is a new generation of transformer verification device developed by our company in order to adapt to the fast and accurate characteristics of modern transformer verification. The device is composed of HYG-C polar speed transformer calibrator, current load box, control cabinet and special test bench for current transformer. On the premise of maintaining the original technical characteristics, the rapid measurement of current transformers, the rapid positioning of test points, and the coverage of load boxes and transformers with various ratios have been greatly improved.

5. Polarity error indication

 

When the rated working current exceeds 5% and the error exceeds 180%, polarity indication shall be given.

 

Note: If the current is more than 10% of the rated working current, there is no proper polarity indication indicating that the software is faulty, please do not increase the current to avoid burning the instrument.

 

6. Variable Ratio Error Indication

 

When the rated working current is more than 5% and the error is more than 30% but less than 180%, the error indication of variable ratio should be given.

The fine adjustment of the device adopts programmable source technology, which makes the positioning of the test point faster and more accurate.

 

The device improves the measuring speed of several current transformers, and can measure twelve current transformers with any conversion ratio in three to five minutes.

 

The device is equipped with standard current transformers of 1A and 5A. The load values of 1A and 5A are 2.5VA-80VA. The load values of 100V and 100/1.732 of the voltage load box are 1.25VA-158.75VA, which can basically meet the user's requirements. The load box can be switched automatically when measuring.

 

The device can measure the rules and non-rules of the transformer, and the user can specify the measurement of any percentage point in the measurement.
