Transformer DC resistance is a necessary test item for semi-finished products, factory test, installation, overhaul, after changing tap-changer, handover test and preventive test of power department in transformer manufacturing. It can check the welding quality of winding joint and whether winding has turn-to-turn short circuit. It can check whether the contact of voltage tap-changer is good or not, whether the actual position of tap-changer is in conformity with the indicated position, whether the lead-out wire is broken, and whether the multiple wires are broken or not. In order to meet the need of fast measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company developed HYG-100A DC resistance tester. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology.
