      DC resistance measurement is a mandatory test item for semi-finished and finished products in the manufacturing of inductive coils such as transformers, instrument transformers, reactors and electromagnetic operating mechanisms. It is also required for factory delivery tests, on-site installation, handover tests and routine preventive tests of power departments.
      It can effectively detect manufacturing defects and potential operational hidden troubles of inductive coils, including material selection flaws, poor welding, loose connections, strand shortage and wire breakage.
      To meet the demand for rapid DC resistance measurement of inductive coils, our company has developed the HYG-10AF DC Resistance Tester relying on our proprietary technical advantages.
      Adopting advanced power supply technology, the instrument features compact size, light weight, large output current, wide measuring range, digital display and mains power supply compatibility.
      The whole device is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, integrating functions such as multi-current gear selection, data processing and display, and discharge status indication. With high measuring accuracy and simple operation, it enables fast measurement of DC resistance.

  • Equipped with a complete protection circuit for higher operational reliability; it is also fitted with an acoustic discharge alarm to avoid misoperation.
  • Wide measurement range from 0.5mΩ to 100kΩ. The temperature of the test object can be set manually, and the instrument automatically calculates the converted resistance value.
  • The instrument can calculate the three-phase unbalance rate, enabling quick and intuitive evaluation of transformer operating stability.
  • Built-in 7-inch color touch screen with 800×480 pixel resolution, supporting Chinese/English menu switching and real-time printing of test results.
  • Provided with RS232 interface for transmitting test data to the background system.
  • Mass internal storage is available, capable of saving up to 1000 test records.
  • Equipped with USB interface, supporting data export to U disk.
  • Complete parameter setting functions are provided, including transformer test winding, tap position, test phase, object temperature, conversion temperature, winding material and other options.
