It has changed the traditional measuring principle and means of measuring the grounding resistance: the double-clamp non-contact measuring technology does not need assisting the earth pole, nor does it need to isolate the grounding body from the load, thus realizing the on-line measurement. Under the condition of single-point grounding system and strong disturbance, it can be measured by auxiliary polar measurement.
