In principle, the instrument changed the method of calibrating the same products at home and abroad by using peak current, and using ionic charge to calibrate. In this way, the physical principle is more accurate, and the interference of the pulse power supply in the test process is effectively restrained, so that the test is stable and reliable. The instrument uses two sampling methods to deduct the leakage current caused by environmental factors, and considers the discrimination of vacuum interrupter with complete leakage in the measurement process. It really achieves the accurate measurement of vacuum interrupter installed on the whole machine. At present, there are 35 measuring standard curves of vacuum interrupters in the instrument, covering most of the tube types at home and abroad. The instrument is reliable in quality, beautiful in shape and easy to use.
The instrument is used for the following test purposes:
It is used for quality control of arc extinguishing chamber in vacuum arc extinguishing chamber production line and inspection of arc extinguishing chamber of circuit breaker manufacturer. This type of tester is equipped with a fixed coil.
It is used to measure the vacuum degree of vacuum interrupter installed on the whole switch. This kind of testing is mainly used to determine the bearing capacity of vacuum interrupter in routine overhaul and capacity test of power supply department. This kind of testing instrument is equipped with detachable coil.
In the above two modes of use, the system computer can control the measurement through RS-232C interface, and save the measured results and dates to retrieve and calculate the leakage rate.

1. Sampling Technology Based on Ionization Charge
VC series vacuum testers all adopt the sampling technology based on ionizing charge. Our company's experts found in the research of magnetron discharge: when the external excitation power supply, the geometrical size of vacuum interrupter and the material used are fixed, the vacuum degree in vacuum interrupter corresponds to the ionization charge quantity very accurately, but only has the probability correlation with the peak value of ionization current. Therefore, our company pioneered the sampling technology based on ionization charge, which significantly improved the accuracy of vacuum degree measurement in vacuum interrupter.
2. Treatment of Leakage Current
When high voltage is applied to both ends of vacuum interrupter in interrupted state, there will be leakage current of several microamperes with different values, which is quite different even for the same type of vacuum interrupter. Especially for the vacuum interrupter mounted on the whole machine, because of the leakage of the insulation support around it, the total leakage has greater instability and unpredictability, and the ionization current of the vacuum interrupter is equal to that of the 10E-4Pa vacuum interrupter. We adopt the method of twice starting high voltage to deduct leakage current, which ensures the vacuum metering accuracy of vacuum interrupter whether installed on the whole machine or to be installed.
3. Vacuum interrupter for identifying complete leakage
In V-type machine, high-pressure breakdown is used to judge whether the vacuum interrupter is completely leaking.
4.C Computer Controls Measurement, Calculates Leakage Rate and Forms Measurement Database
This part is the choice of accessories. Through the interface, the tube type, current or vacuum, and the database used are tuned. The PC controls the whole measurement process, displays the measurement results and stores the data into the database designated at the time of tuning. The leakage rate of the same vacuum interrupter can be calculated by interface control after two measurements.
5. Measuring curves of almost all vacuum interrupters built-in at home and abroad
Because of the different geometrical size and material, the discharge charge of vacuum interrupter is different when the internal vacuum degree and the external excitation power supply are fixed, and there are considerable differences. In order to measure accurately, each vacuum interrupter must have a corresponding curve from ionization charge to vacuum degree. Through close cooperation with major domestic vacuum interrupter manufacturers, our company's experts have obtained data on the relationship between ionization charge and vacuum degree of almost all vacuum interrupters at home and abroad. Through mathematical processing, their characteristic parameters are sent to VC series products. Therefore, VC series products have built-in measuring curves of almost all vacuum interrupters at home and abroad. This is unique in similar products at home and abroad.
6. Perfect input protection circuit
When the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter is very low, the vacuum interrupter will be broken down by high voltage during measurement. The instantaneous high voltage is directly applied to the sampling circuit of the signal input terminal, which makes it withstand very strong electric shock. The sampling circuit of the signal input terminal of HYG-V2 adds a complete protection circuit, even if the instrument temporarily works abnormally due to the high-voltage impact of the input terminal (restart it), it will not cause damage to the circuit part.
