The halogen fast moisture analyzer is a new type of fast moisture analyzer. Its annular halogen heater ensures that the sample is uniformly heated during the high temperature testing process, so that the surface of the sample is not easily damaged and dried quickly. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content of the sample. After the drying process is completed, the final moisture content determined is locked. Show. Compared with the international oven heating method, the test results have good consistency and substitution, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of oven heating method. Normally, it takes only a few 4-5 minutes for the sample to complete the determination. The instrument is simple to operate and accurate to test. The display part adopts a large screen touch screen. The display value is clear and visible. It can display water value, initial value of sample, final value, determination time, initial value of temperature and final value of temperature respectively. It also has the function of connecting with computer and printer. The moisture meter is widely used in all industries requiring rapid determination of water content, such as medicine, grain, feed, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco, chemical industry, tea, food, meat, agriculture and forestry, paper making, rubber, plastics, textile and other industries in raw materials, intermediates, finished product samples testing and data printing.
