Model HYG-802 densitometer is applicable to GB/T 1884-92 standard. This standard specifies the method of measuring density of petroleum and liquid petroleum products in laboratory with petroleum densitometer. This standard is suitable for the determination of mixtures of crude oil, petroleum products and petroleum products with non-petroleum products whose Reed vapor pressure does not exceed 180 kpa. Densitometer method is most suitable for measuring the density of transparent and low viscosity liquids, and also for viscous liquids. However, the densitometer should stay long enough to achieve equilibrium. The sample is treated to a suitable temperature and transferred to a density measuring cylinder roughly the same as the sample temperature. Then put the appropriate petroleum densitometer vertically into the sample and make it stable. After its temperature reaches equilibrium, read the reading of the petroleum densitometer scale and record the temperature of the sample. If necessary, the density measuring cylinder of the sample can be put into an appropriate constant temperature bath to avoid too much temperature change during the experiment.

There are 7 thin film keys on the instrument panel. The keys are: up key, down key, left key, right key, confirmation key, return key and timing key. Its functions are as follows:

 

1. Move up key, press this key item cursor move up or change data increase.

 

2. Move down the key, press this key to move down the cursor or change the data to reduce.

 

3. Left shift key, press this key item cursor left shift.

 

4. Right-shift key. Press this key to move the cursor to the right.

 

5. Confirmation key, which stores data or performs an operation.

 

6. Return key, press this key to enter another interface.

 

7. Timing key, this key is temporarily useless for reserved keys in this machine.
