HYG-803 multi-function automatic oscillator is mainly used for oscillating operation in the determination of dissolved gas content in oil (meteorological chromatography); oscillating operation in the determination of water-soluble acid content in oil (closed-color method); it can also be used for constant temperature and timing oscillation in other physical and chemical tests. The instrument adopts the upper door opening mode, and the cabin door is lifted to take samples conveniently. LCD displays set parameters, instrument status, operation hints, real-time data, etc. in detail. Keyboard area graphics and text combination, at a glance. A temperature calibration hole is provided to facilitate observation of temperature deviation for correction.

Product features

Using high performance single chip microprocessor as central microprocessor, PID intelligent control of temperature is carried out. The temperature control speed is fast, the power consumption is low, and the accuracy is reliable.

There are many mode choices to make the experiment more convenient and fast. Custom mode can really realize the multi-function of the instrument.

The heater is isolated from the greenhouse to avoid thermal radiation. Four beakers or eight syringes can be placed in the greenhouse, that is, eight samples can be oscillated at the same time, which improves the work efficiency.

The inner wall of the greenhouse is made of mirror stainless steel plate, which is clean and bright. The instrument reduces the labor intensity of the test personnel and brings great convenience to the work of the test personnel.
