Working principle
When the oil filter works, the contaminated oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of vacuum suction under the external atmospheric pressure. The heated oil enters the primary filter, and the impurities of large particles are filtered out. Then the oil enters the vacuum separator and flows through the special divergent device. The divergent device makes the unit volume of oil produce a huge surface area, and exposes the contaminated oil to the atmosphere with low relative humidity, thus removing the water, air and gas in the oil. The vapor vapor and gas mixture formed by evaporation condenses into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water reservoir together. The remaining gas is pumped out by vacuum.
