High Performance Industrial Control Computer
The device uses high-performance industrial computer as control computer and directly runs Windows operating system. The device panel has 10.4 "TFT true color LCD display, track ball and optimized keyboard. It can be used directly without external mouse or keyboard. The device has USB port, 10-100M network port and serial communication port, which can conveniently access data, communicate data and upgrade software.
The whole process of the test and the results of the test are displayed on the LCD display screen. The full set of Chinese character operation interface is clear, bright, intuitive and convenient. Operational control is performed by trajectory ball and panel keyboard. Simple and convenient operation, only simple computer knowledge, easy to master.
The device panel is also equipped with a USB port. If you want to use an external mouse and keyboard, insert them separately before booting, so that the device operates like a desktop computer.
Digital Signal Processor Microcomputer
The device uses a high-speed digital control processor as the output core, and 32-bit double-precision algorithm is used to generate arbitrary high-precision waveforms in software. Because of the integrated structure, each part is closely integrated, the data transmission distance is short and the structure is compact. It overcomes the problem that the number of output waveform points in the notebook computer direct control measurement and control instrument is small due to the long data communication line and narrow frequency band.
D/A Conversion and Low Pass Filtering
High precision D/A converter ensures the accuracy and linearity of current and voltage in the whole range.
Because of the high density of fitting points, high fidelity of waveform, low harmonic component and low requirement for low-pass filter, it has good transient characteristics, phase-frequency characteristics and amplitude-frequency characteristics. It is easy to achieve accurate phase shift and harmonic superposition, and high accuracy can be guaranteed at high frequencies.
Voltage and Current Amplifiers
Phase current and voltage are always output by high performance linear amplifier, so that current and voltage sources can directly output waveforms with various frequency components from DC to DC, such as combined waveforms of square wave and harmonic superposition, fault transient waveforms, etc. The output waveforms are clean and smooth, and there is no high frequency radiation interference to adjacent equipment, which can better simulate the electricity of various short circuit faults. Current and voltage characteristics.
Power amplifier circuit uses imported high-power and high-fidelity modular power devices as power output stage, combined with carefully and reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, it has enough power redundancy and thermal capacity. The power amplifier circuit has complete overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit protection. When the current circuit is over-current and the voltage circuit is overloaded or short-circuit, the output power is automatically limited, the whole power amplifier circuit is turned off, and the alarm signal is displayed. In order to prevent overheating of power amplifier circuit caused by long-term operation under high current, the software time limit under high current is set. When the current exceeds 10A, the software starts within a time limit. When the time limit arrives, the software automatically turns off the power output and gives warning instructions. The larger the output current, the shorter the time limit.
Open-in and open-out volume
The device has 10 routes to open and 8 routes to open.
Switch input circuit can be compatible with empty contacts and 0-250V potential contacts. In the potential mode, 0-6V is combined and 11-250V is fraction. The switching quantity can conveniently measure the action time and action time difference of each phase switch contacts.
The open part is isolated from the main working power supply and power discharge power supply. The open ground is suspended ground, so the open part of the common terminal is not connected with the current, voltage part of the common terminal UN, IN, etc.
The input of switching potential is directional. The positive end of the common terminal potential should be turned into the negative end of the terminal potential to ensure that the potential of the common terminal is higher than that of the open terminal. In the field connection, the public terminal + KM and the negative terminal should be opened into the terminal. If it is reversed, it will not be able to detect correctly.
The open part is the output of the relay empty contacts. The output capacity is DC:220V/0.2A, AC:220V/0.5A. Switch output is completely isolated from voltage, current, on-off and other parts. Special DC Power Output
The device is equipped with a special adjustable DC power supply output on the chassis floor, which is divided into 110V and 220V. It can be used as auxiliary power supply for field test. A potentiometer is also installed for the power supply, which can be adjusted in the range of 80%-110%. The rated working current of the power supply is 1.5A, which can be used as the DC working power supply of the protection device and the power supply of the trip circuit. If the power supply is overloaded or short-circuited, the corresponding insurance (2A/250V) will be burned out. At this time, the safety pipe can be replaced.
