        General situation of standby automatic switching device

        In the process of power production and supply, in order to ensure the reliability of power supply, the power system often uses two or more power sources to supply power, and considers to take appropriate standby mode between them. When the working power source loses its voltage, the standby power source is put into use immediately by the automatic device, thus ensuring the continuity of power supply. This kind of brake device is called the standby power automatic input device. Abbreviated as standby self-turning-in.



        The automatic switching device of standby power supply can effectively improve the reliability of power supply, and its realization principle is simple and the cost is low. It has been widely used in power plants, substations and distribution networks.



        However, the standby self-turning-in brings convenience, at the same time, it also brings some troubles. According to statistics, the blackouts caused by the self-switching device itself refusing to operate and misoperation still account for a considerable proportion of blackouts in the power system.



        Introduction of Comprehensive Testing Instrument for Standby Auto-switching

        Each switch, the description of voltage and current and the initial state can be set freely and conveniently.



        The tripping and closing contacts of each switch can freely and conveniently set its connection mode.



        It is convenient to set the voltage value of each input line and bus when there is voltage or no voltage, and the current value when there is current or no current.



        Intelligently identifies the status of the standby self-switching operation, and displays the main wiring diagram and the change of piezoelectric current in color.



        Presupposed a variety of typical main wiring types, and designed a variety of free combination of standby ways.



        It can simulate various causes of accidents and test the backup self-turning-in under various conditions.

      • Product parameters

        The left side of the panel is the wiring area and the right side is the human-computer interaction area. The panel mainly includes the following devices:



        1. Analog 12-channel voltage UA1-UA12. It can output single-phase (up to 4 channels) or three-phase voltage (up to 8 channels), and its output voltage can be set by software.



        2. Analog 7-channel current transformer. It can output single-phase current (up to 4 channels) or three-phase current (up to 3 channels), and can set its output current value by software.



        3. Simulate 10 circuit breakers (DL1~DL10). Each circuit breaker consists of two circuit breaker position signal outputs (yellow jack stands for engagement, green jack stands for jump, these two terminals are used in conjunction with position common terminal), tripping, closing input (red and blue jack, used in conjunction with jump common terminal) and a two-color indicator lamp. Indicator red indicates that the circuit breaker is in closed state, and green indicates that the circuit breaker is in jump state.



        4. Jumping/closing/opening common end: the circuit is composed of the tripping/closing with circuit breaker and the opening/closing of load branch.



        5. Position/Block/Open Common End: The circuit is composed of position jacks and open jacks of analog circuit breaker.

It can simulate the primary wiring of substation and power supply system under various operation modes, can visually display and provide the circuit and switching electrical signal and position signal under various operation modes to the standby automatic switching device, and can simulate the abnormal situation under various operation modes, such as line power loss, main transformer fault, switching hand jump/steal jump, etc. At the same time, it can automatically detect and detect the analog fault. Recording the operation process and related data of the standby automatic switching device provides a basis for the long-term operation and maintenance of the equipment.
