Sulfur hexafluoride is widely used as a new insulating medium because of its excellent insulation, arc extinguishing and non-flammability.

After years of efforts, our company has successfully developed the inflatable light-duty test transformer. Compared with the traditional oil-immersed light-duty test transformer, this series of products reduce the weight by 20%-60% (depending on the voltage and capacity level), and there is no oil pollution. The voltage level of a single test transformer can reach 300 KV. As a result of the adoption of new production technology, the technical performance of the product has been greatly improved, and it is especially suitable for on-site work and frequent mobile working conditions.

First, the test transformer use conditions:

1. The following requirements shall be met under the rated conditions of the test transformer.

A, ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40 ° C minimum temperature -20 ° C

B, the maximum relative temperature of the air, when the air temperature is 25 ° C, the relative humidity does not exceed 85%.

C. The installation site has no serious impact on the insulation of the transformer gas, steam, chemical dust, dirt and other explosive media.

D. When using the test transformer, the input voltage should be gradually increased and a sufficient protective resistance should be inserted in the output end. Do not break the equipment under high pressure.

2, the transformer allows running time

Under the rated voltage of the rated capacity, the continuous operation shall not exceed half an hour, and the working interval shall be 5-10 times of the working time to ensure sufficient heat dissipation of the transformer, and two-thirds of the rated voltage and rated current. Under long-term continuous operation is allowed under conditions.
