        The HYG-II frequency conversion volt-ampere error tester developed by our company is a special testing instrument for comprehensive measurement, protection current transformer and protection voltage transformer. It can satisfy the user's measurement of the error (ratio difference, angle difference) of the current transformer for measurement, protect the current transformer for protection, and measure the volt-ampere characteristics of the voltage transformer for protection. The instrument uses frequency conversion technology, which improves the range of voltage measurement and reduces the weight of the whole machine.

      • Product features

        (1) Current transformers for metrology

         

        1. The program error (angle difference, ratio difference) between the national standard current transformer and non-standard current transformer is 1%-120%(S level).

         

        2. Measuring and displaying the regulation errors (angular difference and ratio difference) of current transformer under the upper and lower limit loads by the national standard at one time.

         

        3. Procedure errors (angular difference, ratio difference) of two groups of current transformers under actual arbitrary loads are measured and displayed at one time.

         

        4. Detecting the ratio of known current transformers and measuring the ratio of non-known current transformers.

         

        5. The instrument can be inspected in accordance with JJG169-1993 Verification Regulations for Transformers.

         

        (2) Current transformers for protection

         

        1. Automatic control of CT measurement process, automatic recording of data, automatic description of volt-ampere curve.

         

        1) Automatic setting of protection current and voltage, automatic adjusting step.

         

        2) Using frequency conversion power supply test, the test voltage range is wide (10000V).

         

        3) Give the reference inflection point automatically (voltage, current)

         

        2. 10% and 5% error curves are automatically drawn.

         

        3. Detecting the ratio of known current transformers and measuring the ratio of non-known current transformers.

         

        4. Measure 100% difference and angle difference of current transformer protection winding for protection.

         

        (3) Protective Voltage Transformers

         

        1. PT measurement process is fully automatic control, automatic recording of data, automatic drawing of volt-ampere curve.

         

        2. Detecting the ratio of known voltage transformers and measuring the ratio of non-known voltage transformers.

         

        Measure the load parameters of secondary circuit of current and voltage transformer.

         

        320 * 240 large screen LCD display, full Chinese interface. Wiring, simple operation.

         

        It can store and print all kinds of measurement data, which is convenient for users to inquire.
