DC high voltage generator is a new generation of portable high voltage testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the latest Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Testing Devices Part 1: DC High Voltage Generator", which is specially used to detect the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.
The instrument uses high frequency voltage multiplier circuit, the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage and current double closed loop feedback technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, so that the voltage stability is high and the ripple is small. Imported high-power IGBT device and its driving technology are used to eliminate switching interference and realize high quality and portability of DC high-voltage generator. The imported high frequency and high voltage rectifier diode is selected to make the pressure multiplier smaller and lighter, and improve the efficiency of the whole machine. According to EMI and EMC theory, shielding, isolation and grounding are adopted to improve the safety of the whole machine, and it can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.
