The product adopts advanced microelectronic processing technology and radio communication technology, which completely isolates high-voltage sampling from low-voltage operation and ensures the safety of test personnel; the control box adopts manual/automatic operation mode, and the full touch menu interface of large-size LED color screen can be set up in advance, the full Chinese interface, and the operation is simple and clear. All test items are automatically tested after setting up, without manual intervention. The test result records are saved on a paperless U disk, which is convenient for users to write test reports and can save data for a long time. The test device can be equipped with independently controllable high-voltage electrodes, that is, one of the test pieces breaks down and the electrodes fall off on their own, without affecting the test of other samples, providing test efficiency (notes should be made when ordering).
Working principle
Connecting to 0~220V power supply, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the transformer generates 0~50kV power frequency high voltage to the electrodes, so that the insulating boots (gloves) can obtain the prescribed test voltage. After collecting the leakage current of the sample, it is transmitted to the control box by radio to display and control. According to the test rules of insulating boots (gloves), the test parameters are read and recorded.
